To be fair there really isn't a good and fair test. I don't think two DD spamming WS is the best DPS. A more fair test would likely be each of us in identical parties and just parsing DPS/fight length. But I mean, that's not nearly as fun.
There shouldn't really be much DPS variation anyways, assuming same job, and following spreadsheets. But Darian has called out players for believing in "spreadsheets" numbers to be falsifying and that it isnt accurate. And his own personal experiment in game with just his personal set has produce better number. Which was the only reason i care to be a part of or be wathcing. It'll be "spreadsheets" vs "my set is better".
I don't follow spreadsheets perfectly or anything. I know what the spreadsheets say and am mostly in line with them, though I take a few personal touches and am more defensively minded than most. And I don't require him to be same job, that would be easy. He is welcome to come on any melee DD (just for buff purposes so we don't have to try for pet rolls vs melee rolls or something). If my THF manages to beat him on a job people consider better that's even better for me.

Given how this all started, why not have a test of who can claim Gukz the fastest out of a set of 5 pops?

The shorter the fight, the bigger gap you'll get with your thf (example sinister reign), if this guy agree to parse against you, plz record it so people can throw the vid @ him every time he brags.

That's why I suggested all of the Ru'aun AA and God's (I suppose not genbu if we're melee lol) as it will give variety and be a little longer than two shot.

Buff: SV HM/madrigal x2/min/thunder carol, bolster Idris fury/frailty/vex/attune, CC SAM/Chaos.
Jobs: Players are allowed to come any job, but no sp allowed so WAR doesn't gain massive advantage over other jobs.
Pre fight absorb or 3k tp are allowed.
How we proceed:
A warm up round will be hosted before start, then parse 5 times, whoever wins more than 3 is the winner.
A wax sword signed and crafted by a character name AsuraBestDD will be given to the winner, so he can equip it and afk in town to show off his greatest accomplishment, best DD of Asura!
Anyone is free to challenge the winner for the sword and the title. So winners, prepared to live the life of being challenged all time!
Twitch stream will be advertised on ah.com 15min before the fight so we don't miss it.
