It's not like Argettio went way out to left field, it was a normal progression of the topic. And yeah, for those objectively wondering, in a lot of different situations, the other jobs stated will out tank pld in terms of dmg taken, support needed, and holding hate as well.

Why are you on the internet right now? You should be learning something, furthering social relations with strictly significant people or making money. And you should definitely not be playing FFXI if you still do etc...

***, based upon a math argument, I created the damage spreadsheet for dragoon's to determine the mathematically best gear to wear given certain conditions.
As a result of lolgamemaths arguments, I learned more advanced Excel functions, learned some basic VBA, and created a sick *** spreadsheet. Furthermore, I got personally contacted by people that actually have jobs outside FFXI to do consulting work for advanced function spreadsheet creation for small businesses.
But you know, using something like MATH only applies to games, and has no real world application.

I designed a web based database in mysql with a FileMaker front end for Moon mining in Eve-Online. It tracked over 200,000 moon and their materials. CCP, the makers of Eve, gave me a job. Games can do alot for you.
