Siren is gated behind Adoulin last Mission clear, gonna be some butt hurt about that.
Wind Blessing for AOE Magic Shield is nice too.

Anybody butthurt about Siren being gated behind SoA is deliberately gimping themselves anyway due to the lack of the reward ring.

Carnage Elegy caps at 50% Attack Speed Down.
Massacre Elegy caps at 100% Attack Speed Down.
I'd put good money on Bitter Elegy capping at 75%.
Mm, Bitter Elegy is too low level, I'd put it at like 35% or something odd like that.

Edit: Siren has optional rewards other than the pet like the regular SMN fights because there is waist/ring/scythe rewards?

I was wondering the same, but was thinking is was going to be closer to the original avatar quests rather than a HTBF. So if you help others with the fight (or simply do it more than once yourself0, you can chose a different reward each time.

Siren not giving a form a march is a missed opportunity :/ It would have been so dope to have smn be able to cap haste / have a place in a DD pt as a buffer/dps, especially for newer players or pickup groups

New dragon is Mireu. Fafhogg type. High evasion and a lot of HP. lol
Confirming that Siren's Favor is Subtle Blow. That's actually neat, means that if you're using a SCH or RDM healer you still have a means of getting a lot of Subtle Blow outside Auspice.
Wind's Blessing has the same animation as One for All and it stacks with Stoneskin.
Chinook has a pretty long duration, with minimal skill it was lasting 15:00.
