You ever have that problem where he would open up with his ultimate move? Forget the name but the lights in his body segment would light up in series and it would be game over before you even got 1 command in XD

I started working on the task, and have several characters maxed out but I got tired of going and farming the activation spheres and decided to finish it when I got a hold of International. But there's guides, and from what I remember of them you can max out all stats and either HP or MP but not both.
I really would have to check my Save Game. But I know I defeated every monster in the Arena. I worked my *** off for weeks to get certain Aug items. They all use the Ultimate Weapons but everything else is prolly augged HP+80% etc etc. Numbers are just out my *** prolly like I said its been years.

I did it in 1 sitting xD. I think I prolly zoned a few times to pee and get snacks.

Yup D: I cant remember if there was a way to Distinguish when he would use it, But you can just Use an Aeon to pretty much be your shield for it lol

Google for them. EPSXE Plugins and just look for the numbers like 1.7 7.1 etc etc till you see the highest you can see.

You can just go on Nvidias Site, you look for your GFX and update the drivers.
Get GameBooster. It cost money but its a sick as *** program. It boost VRAM, GFX Card and it checks EVERYTHING. It will check every driver etc on your PC and auto find the drivers for you.
This what you looking for? I never really messed with it.

What game version do you play, US?
I have the international and US versions, have the sphere grid set the same.
The sphere grid can be edited with the use of Clear spheres when you beat Nemesis at the coloseum, after that, you fight the monsters which drop specific stat spheres such as Str+4 and/or HP +30, that way you can cap the majority of stats whilst removing the shoddy parts of the Grid like str+1.

This is fullscreen on mine, it's been at least 5? years since I've seen the beginning so I don't know if mine is slow, but it did drag on about, but it didn't seem laggy or stuttering.
Also be sure to have the Gamefix on.
Hmm... I don't seem to have that plugin. I have GSD 10 but its not the one you have.. Mine doesn't say Hacks on it, nor is it that long. Trying to find it now~
I could probably send you it, I don't remember where I got it.. If it came with it or not. But it's the only one that worked for me.

What GameFix? I'm running X now and i'll just let the intro go and see if its any better after. Hard to tell if the game is working right with such a slow intro. But the music seems so slow..
Mine seems to max at DX10.. Yours lets you use DX11. I have 11 installed.. so WTF. Hmm now that Tidus is talking it sounds good but iunno.. It looks horrible though.

I beat FF9 on epsx soo many times out of boredom. Glad you got it figured out Melo! Should get Chrono Cross for it!

btw should download Need for Speed: Undercover and see if you can get it to work well on the PS2 emulator. If you find a good settings let me know <.< Sucks atm.

Mine maxes at 10 too. I haven't tried X on my pc yet though, still need to find a prog to rip the dvd.
ePSXe is amazing for pretty much any psx game I've thrown at it so far. Agree with lilsanchez, give chrono cross a whirl after you're done with 9.
My PC fails at running NDS games, so not trying desmu
