This is a long-time personal goal of mine, but I have finally completed FFXI according to X360. And yeah, yeah. I know. Abyssea. 99 cap vs 75 content. Bleep bloop, bleep bloop. But I've been working on XI for 8 years so proud of this. Got to experience this game with a lot of people and had fun doing so. Glad I can finish up with a bang and finish most of the content SE gave us.This is a long-time personal goal of mine, but I have finally completed FFXI according to X360. And yeah, yeah. I know. 9 years, 5 retirements and 3 attempts to build, I've finally accomplished my ultimate goal in ffxi! There are many thanks to be said throughout the years, and while the importance of this has lost it's luster for it's now a dime-a-dozen achievement, I consider this more of a sentimental trophy dedicated for the many who have come and gone on this long journey of mine. Let us first summarize and give thanks to Dienamis linkshell, my first Dynamis LS who got the Attestation of Vigor and Necropsyche for me back in 2005. I would also like to thank Grand Design for helping me obtain the Tenebrous Fragment in 2009. Ultimately, there are too many people to name but this relic was built and is not solely mine for it's entirety also belongs to one of if not my best in-game / become RL brother, Seshu. Since the Dynamis Updates in 2010, we have gone inside farming currency for me and though we retired in Feb 2012, we came back 9 months later and put in 2 months more of work to finish HIS and MY relic. Again, my heart and gratitude go out to all who have been there for me during this journey and though I may not specify each one, you know who you all are! Much love and yes, I troll'd and muled back my 75 gear just for the screenshot! Had it all at 75 cap, just didn't have the weapon! #Missionaccomplished9 years, 5 retirements and 3 attempts to build, I've finally accomplished my ultimate goal in ffxi! I still can't believe I achieved this. I am so excited right now. It was a year ago I first started my journey, having quit in July, I never thought I'd be back to try and finish this off! Thank you to everyone that sold me cheap cinders, and for their support: Sechs, Tamoa, Failaras, Umbrat, Bratgurl, but especially you, Schizogamer. Annihilator 119! A very special shout-out is in order for many people who were part of this lengthy process from start to finish. A huge thank you goes out to Megawitchy, Figgles, Mizzjamie, Halticus, Kylos, Huan, Aeyela (and many more) for consistently giving me great deals on currency. There were many many more who also helped out (you know who you are), so thank you. Aeyela also helped me with my 30x 100 Byne loan, which I'm very grateful for. Moving onwards - a special thanks goes out to Ornah and Restless LS for helping me farm my Umbral Marrows. I'm really thankful for that. Thanks to Aeyela for selling me cheap plutons and to Truckie for giving me a whopping 87 plutons for FREE! Thanks man. It's been a long ride and I'm happy to be finally done.Annihilator 119! Wow, what an amazing journey this has been. I started this weapon back in 2012 when I was still living in Korea, and was never able to finish due to me moving to California for my career and me ultimately taking a break. It has been a project since 2012 and I finally finished it! First and foremost I want to thank Fthis and Milkydoll for helping me out with assaults, and Nyzul! If it wasn't for Fthis I would've probably been stuck on Lost and Found like an asshole. Also shoutouts to Kaotic, Akeon, Valeraine, Darklexa, Pickly, and many more for selling me Alexandrite at a cheap price. Thank you everyone! Time to DRK all the things! The result of an impulse to try to obtain Herkuleskeule. Personally, I found add-burning this guy to be easier than Podarge since there's no reason to dial down the DPS at any time during the fight. With NPC's and a Fast Cast set, keeping Reprisal up is easy enough and prevents the annoying Defense Down and Encumbrance from the auto-attacks and Riptide Eupnea, respectively. To be completely honest, this stunt is enabled by the adds around the area. Were they not flies or crabs, this would be much harder if not impossible. After I finish Burtgang, I'll do this again without Trust. The result of an impulse to try to obtain Herkuleskeule.
