I wonder how far you would have to push the boundaries so they make you change your name.
was someone on leviathan named Nig who never got banned
There was a Niggb on carbuncle that was forced to change it, quite a few angsty teens with Nigg... names tbh
If no one complains, they don't care They made me change my alts name “dilldough”.
Tried telling the Gm I named it after a RL friend who passed away but he wouldn’t let it slide. I tried to name my mog garden pet "cameltwa" and all kinds of variations of "cameltoe" (it's from that not another something movie, I'll clip it) but the game wouldn't even let me enter it lol.

You have nothing to add to this thread, your post was stupid. Saying if anyone gets banned they are idiots, I don't know if its a language barrier or if you are really that stupid. This site is built off a feature that isn't intended for the game, yet you're posting on it and saying "stupid tools being used" lol.

From what I see on the game, hear from people & read from post anything is possible. They ban some for position & speed hack but rare. Some for a minor offense. One thing I have noticed for the past year is they will only ban actual players. RMT are out in the open position and speed hacking, also hiding in walls. Dropping from cliffs not possible to do in game. Doing quest before level 5 so all they have to do once that is done is level then go to Ceizak and Yahse to farm massive amounts of gil to sell to a level 1 hiding inside a building selling iron arrows for 6mil and various amounts. Actual GM has responded for the one selling arrows that same toon has now leveled to 99 hacking in Yahse. So if you are an actual player they will ban you if they feel like it even if minor or really not doing anything wrong. But they will not do anything to the 36 RMT running around doing far worse then actual players who have cheated done. But I don't know who to go to for this. If RMT can cheat then they should allow everyone to. They agree to same terms we all do when logging into game. Best thing is don't do anything to piss them off unless you become a RMT.
Imagine still going faster than the absolute minimum speed possible. People here need to keep up with the trends.

They do go after the RMT, the problem is they are hitting more real players than RMT. The RMT just create new throw away characters that they don't care to lose, everyone else loses their main and quits and then their friends quit and the game just dies faster. SE needs to be careful, they weren't policing for a while for that very reason that the game is already low on population. This causes a chain affect and more and more leave, that was mainly a reason I tried to coordinate in the last thread to stop anyone else from being banned. I don't get why these saints posting to attack people want the game to die faster, although the last thread someone said they would rather have 10 people playing than anyone using windower lol. I'd like to point out that I don't even know you nor have I done anything with you. Your aggression towards me in every thread is really funny, but you should move on. Offline

I don't have a problem with making some gil. But they will do that for 3 to 4 days straight no breaks because the program they use lets them do it all. Then they sell it to players who can't earn it honestly. Which messes up the economy in the game. Biggest problem is when you got a toon you just get to Adoulin and those areas are the best and only ones they have access to cp or do quest and coalitions they hinder that making it take longer to do because they are monopolizing the zones. The other problem is because there is so many of them running programs they lag those zones out. Really don't like the fact that they are untouchable, but if an actual player does what they are doing they be banned for it. I seen them go to places at level 1 by warping not running first to get the book. When they open dnc they go to npc for quest warp there from gardens then drop down to brutes for bst. They go to jugner (s) vanish for sec from book back to book then back to jeuno. Warping npc to npc you really don't see actual players do. Then they go to Kuftal, Gustav and Boyahda hide in wall while one high level power levels them. Some actual players might do position hack once in awhile I seen it, but it is rare compared to them bouncing several times a day all with position hacking. What they do is overkill. This RMT hacking is going on all the servers same zones. I say if GM won't do their jobs then this game should go free to play.

The RMT do keep some from last batch. They have 2 right now that was from last batch and GM did nothing the last time they were hiding in a wall. So they may redo most they do have a few they do keep. That wasn't the first time I seen a familiar name of the RMT. RMT are untouchable even if they use the same toon.

Have you done the coalition that says get a status ailment. But the mob doesn't do it or does it but no effect even when you take some gear off? So you try to get another but the RMT killed it all so you have to look for another or wait for re pops. So what could of took maybe 20 minutes turns into an hour or so that is hindering my game play.
Thats when you say, fck it, gonna do something else and come back later. But please continue on, i love reading what new users have to say on subjects like this
SE is so mean. :(
Just my option (been playing since March 2003 without any bans on any character or any POL account I "own"), SE should be specific on what a player did to get the ban.

I'm sure there is something legally that would open them up to irritation in some way if they did that. Nothing would succeed obviously, but yeah. And the fact that they would actually have to put in effort to be like yeah, you were using tako on this day, and we go "prove it". I mean it would be awesome, I would love to make them tell me all the instances specifically I got banned for. I would like that too, but being realistic they wouldn't deter as many people as they do with these scare tactics. People would get into a panic if they couldn't pinpoint what was doing it and try to be nuns and that is what SE wants.
We are dealing with a very lazy company though with a skeleton crew, they don't care about XI. The most realistic option is that they are using an auto ban system that picks up x amount of targets and executes them on x day in random or by a real person choosing x amount of accounts based on activity. The activity that gets you on the list is the usual things like POS warping, flee hacks and botting. That is my opinion, but I feel its the most likely scenario. |
