V25 Odyssey is stupid enough as it is. Nobody wants to fight v30 bumba. V25 is already the dumbest experience you can imagine. Let’s just give them even more -dt, higher health, and throw in even more regen so that kaustra can’t cheese bumba anymore. Sounds like an awesome time doesn’t it? It’s for the best that system limitations prevent them from being able to add another tier. The experience would be god awful.

v30 fights with Sub Jobs might be fun. Make them Master trial like Content that brings your gear to R31 for epeen. If you beat Bumba v30 you get access Nyamo gear and can make a second set.

Yall insane. I will do Kalunga V100 where he spits Lahars for auto-attacks. I will gladly accept Dhartok spitting literal Bio-750hp tick auras around the battlefield for every savage blade he receives, before maxing out on weekly Limbus climbs and taking 6 months to fully augment one piece of gear. You can't even compare Sortie/Odyssey to Limbus, the latter is AWFUL. Gimme the former any day of the week. (not bumba, THAT'S SOME *** ***)

Why stop there, just give every rank beyond V25 an extra pet.

V26? 3 pets. V27? 4 pets.

V30? 7 pets with 7-times the regen!

lasted two weeks before getting bored, but I'm cheering for you guys!

I'm struggling to even justify getting two materials just to make the base H2H for lockstyle. I only managed to get my Alabaster Earring to R15 before I had to seriously take a break from doing climbs, it is just so mind numbing (and that is saying something as I will gladly do solo Odyssey stuff daily, pick away at my mastery rank, etc).

Two mats 5 shards should be easy one time thing. Can use codes to get the mats (assuming you pick from the 5k box and get the material? Idk how drops work)

They said Odyssey was ending at v25. They could always change their mind, but I was kinda disappointed to hear that. I thought the content was interesting and could've been tiered out further. New T4? T5? It is scalable content as is, but with the v25 update they said it's the last unless they change their mind.

IMO they should change their mind and add Sheol D and new bosses.

v30 would be dumb though, I can imagine they'd have some stupid mechanic like bosses spawn other bosses or fetters auto-KO random players if they are out too long.


Remember when they oops-i-accidentally allowed subjobs in Gaol for like 1hr after an update? I'd be surprised if they didn't experiment with it and that was some test realm leakage.

Either way, I always thought it'd be fun to encourage the climb again. Maybe for doing the whole climb you get a KI that can trade to eliminate some annoying task or expense, like get a Cats Eye or something with higher tier rewards for the higher levels.

I'm sure someone will explain why that'll break everything though.

Never thought I'd see the day where I'd be encouraged to join a live event and troll SE for how terrible their content is (I don't even have the time to bother watching it). I'm from the era where SE could throw a rock in any corner and it turned into gold.
