Anyone ever tried a geo aeolian edge build ?
Was wondering if it could be good for cleaving yes, solo: drop a malaise and wilt yourself to avoid getting badly hurt. or if in a group acumen/malaise.

For questions like these you should be using the GEO spreadsheet I created some time ago!
Anyway, ran some tests for you and here's some feedback.
I tested in a scenario with Samurai Roll, Capped Accuracy and attack close to cap but not capped.
Things might be different with different conditions.
With your gear the best WS to use is Judgement at ~1500 TP. That will provide the best DPS with the gear you posted.
Need 10DW on the back with that set, of course, you can't leave DW uncapped, that's way too big of a DPS loss.
With your gear and what I just said, you have a DPS of ~2013.6

(Cape is DEX+30, acc/att+20, DA+10).
Note on feet: Battlecast Gaiters vs Jhakri+2. Both are very close to each other, Battlecast sometimes wins because of STP, some other times it's behind. They're always close regardless.
Keep in mind that, thanks to Jhakri and to the augs on Gazu and Blistering, this set ALSO provide a lot of Accuracy.
If you need more you can swap rings for Chirich+1 and Ear1 for Telos or Cessance, and neck for Combatant or Clotharius. In such a scenario of course Jhakri+2 feet >>> Battlecast Gaiters.
Last swap you can use to add more acc is Hasty Pinion +1.
Let me put more emphasis on the fact I included Samurai Roll in this case-scenario.
Without that, some things might change.
Again: you need to see it for yourself in the spreadsheet!
Speaking of weapons, while Magesmasher+1 R15 can be an excellent MH (or OH) have you checked Maxentius MH?
Because I have a feeling Black Halo Spam at 1000TP should provide more DPS than Judgment at 1500TP with Magesmasher+1 R15.
If I recall it should be around ~2500 DPS, so a pretty noticeable difference, if I'm right.
I think that was the BiS physical setup, from some tests I performed a couple of months ago. Let's see if I can find the old tier list...

It's your best friend when you need to decide piece1 vs piece2 for a specific slot.
If you've never used a spreadsheet I'm sure me and other people can teach you how to do it.
Try to open it, to customize it with your stats and your gear. Add a target, add some buffs, and test how a specific set behaves on different targets and/or with different buffs etc.
Just try it and ask questions here, I'm sure plenty of people will be more than glad to teach you what you don't know.

ok i just noticed we can get past 1000 combines geo/bel skill and atm i see a max of 1015. Did anyone test if it will break another tier in geo spells?

Switching gears a touch I was comparing Cohort Cloak +1 for my enfeeble set and it seems like the clear winner.

The 900 skill cap was confirmed by SE a few years ago so shouldn't need to test anything.

Cohort still seems to win unless I'm also missing something..
Actual opportunity cost of losing both head/body is +15 setbonus not 10 (go from 5 to 4, regal counts), so with the extra 3macc from switching to crown, total combination is +115Macc. Assume loss of +2MND is negligible.
Cloak has 110Macc in the worst case unity, so 34 enfeeble only needs to make up 5 or more Macc to win, which it does so long as the acc/skill ratio is 0.15 or better, and most people would assume 0.9 or 1.

R15 Idris is a good option for several things, but never the best except possibly for macc.
It's okaysh for nuking (especially if macc matters), for meleeing it's not the best but it's a good option (with the immense pro of not having to swap if you have to refresh bubble, or if you wanna give some DT to your bubble while meleeing, etc)
I wouldn't say it's worth it the ~200m of Detritus maybe, but it's not an incredibly bad option per sé, there are worse ones if you ask me.
