The sets make sense, but I would readjust some priorities. Mainly, aim for AF3+1 hat to replace Acubens (Pretty sure AF3+1 has 5% haste and other stats), which will allow you to drop a ton of accuracy gear in your TP set.
Aim for Bullwhip Belt, or get an RSE level 50 ring for 4% haste. (Should be able to abuse Cruor buffs to get into yellow HP.)
For WS, use Warwolf over Sentry. Throwing Haub in your WS set should be more than enough accuracy to allow this. Though, I just quickly glanced over it so I could be off on that.

Edit: Though AF3+2 legs + flame ring + ire torque+1 might be better if it's +5% DW for every +2 piece.

Good point. Can drop haste from other slots for better stuff!
Though, that doesn't work if you can't reliably proc Shinobi Ring.

I would ditch that Tiercel neck anyway unless you're hasted and marched to absolute hell. The jump from 25%->26% haste in gear is really like a gain of 0.39%~ haste or something dumb.
And yes, Dual Wield on NIN is absolutely incredible once you get AF3+2 hat. 10% right there.

Yep, especially very lowman events where Haste is likely the only buff you'll be getting. Quite a few LS still haven't realized how amazing DNC is. (Or nobody plays the job.. or both)

Judging someone by their current equipped stuff, gear history, or item sets (Granted they make no sense) is a pretty bad way to judge someone's knowledge of the game.
