+Haste is very good for any melee, as it speeds up your rate of attack (increasing TP gain) and lowers recast of spells, which if you're a rdm is definitely a good thing. +Haste also has increasing returns, so the more you stack, the better it gets proportionately.
Honestly one of the best gloves you could get as a NIN for TP gear, and then just swap it out for WSs. If you're thinking about buying this, but unsure, I hope this persuades you to get them. If you can afford them, they will definitely improve your DoT, TP/time, and overall tanking/damaging abilities as a NIN. I personally love these gloves, and when I can afford to stop mooching off a friend who lent them to me, will definitely buy a pair for myself.
If you can wear these - you should have them -macro off for WS's and macro off for moving around cities ect. Best hands for and job 75 3% faster at everything nuff said.
"Ok now here's a good question. Why are these cheaper then their feet counterpart? 260k on my server, 400k for feet..." -Glaciont
Because Dusk Gloves +1 give more Haste than Homam Manopolas, while Dusk Feet +1 are the same amount of Haste as Homam Gambieras! People are spamming them :3
One of the best pairs of gloves you can wear for TP Gain for most jobs. Also if you lack Homam as well. Even then it's a huge toss up depending if acc is capped or not. Dusk Gloves are now dirt cheap and there is really no excuse to own a pair. (90k on Fenrir) The only reason a SAM should be TPing in anything else is if they need Hachiman Hands for a 5 hit or 6 hit build in my oppinion. People might whine about the Gravity but thats why you macro them out when you kite/run
