Just to elaborate on the picture. Bastok actually 'lost' it's own city. There's a beastment flag by the Sigil NPC instead of a Bastok flag. Some people I've mentioned this too think that because there's a Bastok symbol there on the map that Bastok still owns it when in fact, this is not the case...they just suck...losing their own city, lolz.
