I don't know; I've never gotten into a situation where I could have 3 of the same buff stolen from different people.

There's also the possibility that this wasn't intended, and got patched sometime in the ten or so years since I saw it.

Lunatic Voice would be nice against Chest/Coffer o' Plenty if it's impossible to avoid even by 'completely resists silence' mobs.
I still want to see if it's possible to stop it from casting by aspir'ing it to 0mp sometime.

Correct. Regardless of drop rate, the Malignance pieces are very strong for the associated jobs that can wear it. I hope Siren has similar loot. Groan all you want about poor drop rates, but it's something to keep us playing. The reused spite warden armor was really cool.
