Do you have COR Relic Boots +3? If not, yes for COR. Same would be fairly similar for any job that you didn't have WSD feet for appropriate WS's. But it's going to be a mediocre piece. No STR for Savage, no DEX for CDC, etc. Those pieces are best when they have all the necessary modifiers.

They have no DA/TA/Store TP so they won't be good to TP in.

Check the job guides and see which WS for each job want WS feet and stick it in where you can. It'll be best as Requeiscat for COR/BLU I imagine, which isn't very important most of the time.

My assumption is FC +10% but I've yet to see it. 8% could be the highest, I dunno. We've never seen WSD passed 5% until DM augs (max: 10%).

To be honest, I've kept all the WSD 10% ones only cuz they look pretty and I'm hopeful I'll be a battle BRD etc. sooner or later.

Yes, for any job that can wear it when ACC isn’t an issue. For instance on wave 1 I often use DM pieces with +10 stp on drk because ACC isn’t an issue and you just want to kill fodder as fast as possible. On Wave 2 I toggle out into something with more ACC.
