Starship? Not Jefferson Starship, though. I heard Detroit was the reason for their "falling out".

There you go again, putting words in my mouth because you can seemingly only respond to arguments that don't exist.

You're usually at least a tiny bit opaque with your technique though, you must be having an off day.

Someone made the claim that Republican rule would have cured the rustbelt of fleeing manufacturing and racism. Then I asked if the stronghold Conservative states (the deep South) where Republicans have dominated have been bastions of racial equality.

Predictably, everyone punked out.

Founding member of the KKK was a democrat.
Southern democrats opposed the 13th amendment
Southern democrats voted against the civil rights act.

-just sayin-

Yeah, but you seem to forget that those very same people all jumped ship to the Republican party because of the civil rights movement's success, the parties basically flipped on that stance, but hey that goes against your narrative, so you ignore that part of history.

Well, the founding of the KKK and the ratification of the 13th Amendment happened in 1865. I'm fascinated about how all of the Southern Democrats of that era jumped ship after the civil rights movement if they were all dead.

I was always taught growing up that there is no guarantee one won't get sick if they go out in public. Christ, do you realize how many viruses you carry (which you may already have antibodies to) that might infect others in any given time? Are you generally responsible for the fact that I don't have the antibodies to something you may have already gotten over?

A better question would be to have him list all these actual people, cause I bet nearly all of them either don't exist or are completely off premise.

I never accused him of being a racist... I did mock him for getting all defensive about a silly comment Nik posted.

Man you guys are getting more and more desperate every day... I guess I can't expect much from people the serve up gems like The slaves should of just run away! Garbage trucks cause earthquakes! Those women shouldn't have dressed sexually or consumed alcohol and they wouldn't of been raped! or react like a 3rd grader by calling someone defensive for everything because they were called defensive lol...
