New Augment Results

Yes I'm very said because I think augmenting crap Items is a waste of time.

If you agree with my main point I dont see what the hell you are argueing with me for.

I just dont like his statement relic -1. Because it has 1 less damage?? Where is the 19 acc, the aftermath, the much larger DoT from the delay? Ya it's no where near a -1 relic even with the latent active.

just fyi, bibiki seashell's vit affects curing waltz's numbers, i swapped out gear after i killed it to cure myself

the spinel rings are waiting to be augmented, im currently working on augmenting ruby rings and spinel rings atm, i dont have gil to throw out on HQ rings

the point of that nukemaru i like is for firesdays and using it for meikyo, i find uses for it actually >.>

im trying to score the infamous dex+ acc+ rings that ive seen so many of on my servers, im also 200 ichor away from iota ring

i think acc+8 on a ring for 2hnders is hott

and the signal pearl i had on mistake from leveling my npc, forgot to switch it out

Its okay though, closeminded sams as Maxse will always be in the dark for new uses of certain GK's, i have a hagun tyvm you can look at it augmented few pages back in this thread.

basically it is what it is, yeah im working towards rajas and augmenting spinel rings to get acc

ive tested this GK on firesdays in dynamis, einherjar, and regular soloing

if anything its not so much as an improvement to gekko, but something for use with rana, not that i am one of those gungho rana sams, but i like screwing around trying new builds.

You are broke but yet you waste gil on a GTK you will you on firesday if you happen to be 2 houring... smart. And if you are using rana more than once every 5 mins you are doing it wrong. close minded x= using gear correctly. I never said you didnt have a hagun, just that It was dumb to buy that GTK. I dont mean to be a jerk or anything (and i relieze i came off as one) I just dont know why you would bother with that weapon at all to use it .05 % of time time you play for -1 inv and -90k potential gil.

I don't understand whats the purpose of trying to put someone else down, the forum clearly states "New Augments," crap or no crap your going to see augments. If the guy likes his GK he likes his GK, get over it sir, I'm sure he didnt ask if you liked it ~_^

But thats just my opinion, there is no reason to act like an ***, no really, there isnt.

Also as i said you see the opportunity to use it more once you actually have the item.

Also last time that GK was on sale it was about 6~7 months ago and it was i who bought the last one. So whenever i see that GK up, i buy it. Not because i think its sooooo great, but because it is a hard to come across GK.

Even if i only have 10k~20k I will go out and farm whatever until I can afford it.

Say whatever you want, but i know i have uses for that gk. Thats why I use it. To me it is worth the 90k to use that GK!

Well the emnity is nice but the -int/mnd sorta lessens the -magic dmg on it lol.

I also realized that it could be used for Primal Rend as well. Forgot that had a CHR mod as well, if memory serves.

Well yeah but you can get better earrings for Primal rend... like 2-3 chr ones... or MAB ones. Also most magical ws don't use fstr instead they using something similar using dint instead so yeah...

wow i like how you are saying this.. because i can personally with a hagun do rana >>> gekko >> darkness with just meditate...so if you dont use rana every 2mins and 30 seconds then you sir are doing it wrong.

oh and dasva wouldnt those 2 new earrings mag att+5 and mag acc+5 be good for rend? i just got those for my cor :P

Sorta depends on what you have. Obviously novio/moldy would beat the ***out of it for QD and the mythic ws as well. Also I read somewhere that some of the new magic wss aren't resistable in the normal sense. Though MDB and direct dmg reduction or in some cases increasage apply. Think saw someone doing testing on elementals awhile back.

If so the macc wouldn't mean ***... also in general even the old magical wss were very accurate anyways. Also int would be about half as useful as chr since it is after ftp and PR has a pretty high ftp but still before stuff like MAB. Sorta ends up depending on what your base dmg is how much all the multiples would be worth in the end. But for PR I'd recommend moldy + another MAB earring or if you can't get one either epsilon or one of the many 2chr earrings

For reference most magical ws are calculated as follows: (( Lv+2+WSC ) * fTP + fINT ) * Resist * Elemental Staves * Weather * MDIF * Magic Damage Adjustment

MDIF:MAB/MDB
Fint:8 + ΔINT/2
ΔINT : difference between your INT and target’s INT (caps at 24 for WS)

Also wsc are still lvl corrected like normal

i personally use a pachipachio over hagun, have both, use pachipachio almost 100% of time.
as far as rana goes thief by far >>>> other guy.

btw my ranas > gekko 90% of time.
i can meditate once and rana 3x's or i can darkness and just throw in any ol' ws after
dont need sekkanoki, so that being said rana every 5 minutes shouldnt happen....even with hagun u can meditate darkness np...
