If I'm to guess correctly, this guy transferred to Lakshmi under the name "Poseidon", and also does Ballista. I think his phalanx rings have str +1, and the other has + + - and +1racc~. His LS name is also a giveaway for ballista.

Dasva, could you possibly SS the time you trade the item as well. I want to try and duplicate one of your augments. I'm going to try with variations of starting and stopping near/on your start/end times.

Hmmm good idea. Though finish seems to have more of an effect

How can you say that finish time has more of an effect when you're producing *** all in the way of a pattern?

Well if there's a pattern, then why are you still getting the same ***every time? I couldn't see any pattern in them, although I really can't say I've examined your drops that closely. But surely if there's a pattern that you can determine then you would be well on the way to actually getting a half decent drop?
You also just agreed that maybe you should also try using /clock when you pop the NM rather than when it is killed, which suggests to me that you have no idea what your "pattern" is, and that you are happy to try something else.
But please, if there's some sort of pattern to your results, lets see your analysis.

I see a perfect pattern for Das:
No matter what time he hands it in or takes the aug out, he gets absolutely ***! :D

But please, if there's some sort of pattern to your results, lets see your analysis. Actually the only time I've gotten the same ***was when I did the same moonphase/day. On two different sets of that. And given the number of possiblities not even including time of day you'd need a much bigger sample size then I currently got which is what I'm attempting to do.

Okay, so maybe there is some sort of a pattern, or at least maybe it is determined by day/moon phase (which doesn't necessarily mean that any of your previous runs will help you in finding out how to get INT, they'll just tell you what not to try), but back to my original question, how can you say that end time produces a better result if A: the only "pattern" you have is two of the same augment out of about 20, and B: you haven't been recording the start time thus far.
Didn't you also agree that the characteristics of the NM seem relate to the augment acquired in some way? If that's true then what time you finish killing it wouldn't matter a damn since it's characteristics (and hence, the augments) have been decided from the moment you POP the NM, not from whatever time you kill it. Having said that though, even if there is a day/time/moon relation, it's highly probably that unless you kill it the day after you pop it, that that's not going to make any difference to your result.

Actually other people stated the charactistic thing. However that has yet to pan out. Several certain charactistics provided varying results while the same results had different characteristics. And yes exactly right I know what not to do lol. Well cept if I can get that hmp on something else. The point is the only time I did same day/moon I got same results both times. Never else. Also the reason I said that is cause one the characteristics change given enough time fighting the mob which most people dont even get to see. And also I've had day change a couple of times.
Also if it is different per item/player/group my sample size isn't that big since first few were demon helms

As far as I've seen.... There is no 'zone specific' as far as augments. Do Grauberg_S and you'll have the easiest fight with the same chance for good augs as any other zone.

Holy ***dude. That's highest attack I've seen by 3 and equal highest weapon skill damage, 2 shy on STR, but you really couldn't hope for much better I think.
I really don't know much about RNG, but I'd imagine that would give V bow a run for its money during tp phase and surpass during ws? Then again, 4% is only an extra 40 damage on a 1K ws, so I dunno, 1 base damage in exchange for 3 attack, 3 AGI and 2 acc.

oh well, idk what the moon phases or anything were, didn't pay any attention but i got it in the Grauberg_S fight. first try on the bow, i was pretty happy. as for TPing up, probably won't out-do a vbow because of the 540 delay in comparison to 490 on vbow but i think as far as weaponskills go, it cranks out more damage. either way, to me it's better than trying to camp vbow or paying for ebow.

Ooops, I didn't even look at delay lol. Doesn't the delay play a part in barrage damage as well? Or is that just for tp return? Oh and if you didn't have V/E bow already then ***yeah, don't bother, I very much doubt the difference is worth the effort even if V-bow does turn out to be slightly better in some aspects.

With higher delay might you be able to build for getting to 100% a hit earlier anyways?
