I just want to play the game because it's amazing. And as legacy member I should be able to login to my server before nonlegacy.

As an adult I should be able to eat my fill before children get a bite, cause I was here first or something. Everyone has paid for content they are not receiving.

You got to keep your old 1.0 account. I would just be happy with that. They could have just as simply wiped all those old accounts since this is supposedly a "brand new game."

I am grateful I got to keep my account. I just think if they are going to force us to pick between 4 servers they would be legacy only... Or something. Though im Sure they will have this fixed in a week. Hopefully xD

I wouldn't be so displeased if i hadn't of set aside my whole day to play this lol. Had enough time to get on, catch 2 fish, then get booted on my third cast by emergency maint. this morning.
I was on Midgard the whole day until the computer decided to do an error and kick me off. Ever since then the server had been full.
Really? 25 for Japan alone and 25 for everywhere else? WHILE LIMITING THE LOGIN NUMBERS!?

A shame that all of the hard work that YoshiP and his team put into the game is gonna get ***on by media and reviewers because they chose to leave the critical task of server management with Canadians. Not just any Canadians, either... French Canadians.

So someone who has finally been able to get back on to Excal notices that we have a ton of FC members listed as in CS or logged on that he knows for a fact are not logged in at all.

... So I guess some NA/EU players got it into their minds that the Japanese dev team is to blame for this. So, they're all flooding the Japanese servers in hopes of crashing the server and spouting out the most racist ***ever ("FFXIV: Hiroshima Reborn" are what some of them are calling it.) Just ***... Wow.

I would have thought they locked the JP servers anyway to prevent all the thousands of people, who apparently already decided that they can't live without playing this game, from all making characters in JP servers just to play and thus overloading those servers as well.
i havn't had any issue playing on the japanese servers at all.

I didn't even back read when I posted that. I just posted it out of sheer disgust...
Some of my FC members were on Aegis, the legacy JP server, playing with a friend of theirs. I got nothing against playing on other servers just so you can play... My problem was people doing it because they're racist ***.
EDIT: and my 1,500 post got wasted on complaining about racism. lol.
