They changed the way glows work when they added the actual glowy stuff, so it can't be done the same way. D: Not sure if someone worked out how to add new glow effects yet. Its a synergy synth, which means you can't really break the synth unless you're a tard. Says on the update page that you need Apprentice WW for the synth, so around level 40 WW is good enough. Also, to synergize the HQ prism staff, you use all HQ staves, and to synergize the NQ prism staff, you use all NQ staves. So, it's not like if you use all HQ staves there will be a chance of getting an NQ prism staff, you will get an HQ. The synergy seems like a formality to me, just to combine the staves into one. Not going to be a difficult synth.
