I was wondering if anyone had luck on getting a real GMor got results out of anyone working for se about people using 3nd party programs to speed hack and or fish bot. I know several people I reported and they are still playing the game.I guess SE dont care anymore now.
People do get banned.

They have to be able to verify that the user is utilizing a third-party program. That's not very easy.
I kinda figured that and prob its not dectable. I do know some people that the 3nd party program messed up while they fished and started spamming letters

Yep got Mpk when doing blm burn in mire on chigoe from sheeps. Thats the last time I exp. GM actually told me that it was ok to do that but if I tryed to do what he did to me I would be jailed.

As long as they aren't cheating to get gear or weapons or using it to claim NMs faster than others, who really cares.

Sure there's a happy medium - some forms of cheating are worse than others - but everyone has some form of a conscience, be it good or bad, and so the medium will never be able to be decided; someone is always going to try and push the envelop a little further, and someone is always going to try and stop them.
Reporting people doesn't typically yield results; generally if you really want someone to get banned, you need to wait for them to *** up tremendously on their own accord.

more like morals are a concept that is purely subjective, and people try to objectify it

please. Unless they're claimbotting, getting in the way of your playing enjoyment (taking your mobs, buying out guilds via bots- which is VERY difficult to prove, mind you) why bother? Even if they take your white mob that you wiped to- which is perfectly legal and you won't get any help on by the way- they're not doing anything worth GM'ing.
Get your panties out of a wad. This game has very few things honestly worth GM'ing about. Don't be one of those *** GM'ing people without even seeing what's going on, or doing it without any real reason to. I've seen people fleehacking lately, and to be really honest, I just sit back and laugh. They're gonna get caught. 5 years ago I was dumb enough to and I got caught in an empty zone without ever getting reported by someone. So unless it really is harassing you, just let it go.

Not at all. The ToSA also disallows account sharing, yet on Lakshmi we have someone who is active on our AH 27/7/365. Lacusuu by name.
Now personally I cannot think of any way someone can be active 24/7/365 without either being a bot or a shared account, yet this ****** has been buying stuff from fools who AH stuff for less than the NPC sale price for three years on Garuda* before the server mergers and on Lakshmi ever since.
TLDR: Squenix doesn't give a **** about ToSA violations.
*He used a different name on Garuda, but every former Garudain who is minimally aware knows him by his purchasing patterns.
GM and The Special Task Force sounds like an 80s rap group.
Since were so mad about 3rd party programs lets just go ahead and ban everyone that uses windower or a spellcast script to skill up ;p

The debate rages on, this will never end. You will always have someone be jealous of what the cheaters are achieving and try to stop them. It's basic human nature and a MMORPG isn't exempt from that display.
