Up In Arms Bst Solo

Except its really not.

I love BST, its my favorite job, but its really not the safest way to solo it. Embrava/kaustra is.

When funguar was bugged and you basically had a level 60ish discreet louise, then yes BST was a great way to do it, but not anymore.

So, not to side track a bst thread, but what all is in the sch solo technique.

really just use these:
Kaustra,
Embrava
Regen3
Noctohelix
gravity
bind

and run away from it while it melts and dies.

I really suck as a mage, but I won this the first time and every time since using chat staff and relic armor as a Galka.

Just use kaustra. Using embrava is a waste of time. If you are /rdm you can gravity/bind it as needed.

So what was the change to Fungaur Familiar a while back? I don't remember hearing anything about it.

I think SE had the stats switched with one of the other hq jugs around that level (I think Flowerpot Ben, but I could be wrong )

Due to the enmity changes and the randomness that has been going on with pet and master enmity; would it be safer/doable to do this as x2 BST?

Funnily enough this fight has always had flakey pet/master enmity so it's no different than before.

The current pet/master enmity issue is that your pet cannot retain hate, if you do not use any actions to generate enmity you will not pull hate - which means that the age-old BST strat of standing back while your pet kills remains (mostly) unaffected. You must take care however, not to use pet commands such as "heel" within the target's radar.
