i just dont understand it, im not the biggest Obama fan but it helps to be informed

Basically it's about how things can go through 4 different government agencies to accomplish one thing. Removing red tape, etc. I'll see if I can find it real quick.

remember when he gave a speech and talked about how there were agencies to count fish and count fish eggs, and count fish on these days, etc? its about consolidating the overly specific ones to trim out the waste
Sadly, any good Obama does won't be felt for a few years when someone new comes in to take the credit alla Clinton.
