If I'm reading this right, your fSTR2 is wrong for the second value. Should get +5 from 10 STR.

Though that does bring up a good point that Ogier's wins if fSTR2 capped, since you'd only get 3-4 base damage out of Hachiryu then.

Thought something felt off, thank you, too much melee fSTR lately.

Granted these are Taru STR values, so shouldn't really be that hard to cap fSTR2.

Unless you have a pair of augmented tenryu +1, probably. 94 VIT is higher than any DC Dynamis mob that I've parsed, and that's about the highest Namas spam would be used, I'd think.

All that digging around and somehow missed this upon further back review lololol. How does that belt/neck compare to eles?

I'm going to make Amano next since Masa+Yoichi doesn't work well at all.

Ive gotten better numbers from str neck/waist then i have from ele's. But my uses for yoichi are pretty much dyna only(DC's) and always with at least yellow curry buns.

that being said, 4hit quint namas spam is fun as hell.

4 hitting a 396 weapon would be quite impressive even with Namas' TP return. Only takes 140ish STP.

Are there any good easily obtainable body pieces (AH) to use until AF3 body for TP? I need some help from my shell for body seals but everyone's kind of been doing their own thing lately. I need to start my trials GKT but I really have nothing to use for body besides my circa 2009 Hauby +1 and Askar's.

Nothing wrong with Askar body tbh. If you don't need the STP, probably Avant +1.

I was under the impression all Askar stuff has become outdated since I got back to the game. At least there's still one piece that will hold me over. Thanks.

Looking for some input on my sets.. Dont have access to NNI gear because I cant find a reliable group. Also I cant get mala to drop for me. One question I did have is for Shoha which is better +2 hands the new Mustela gloves or Avant +1 hands. Any feedback will help thank you.

There are 36 pages of sets with and without NNI gear, Idk why you wouldn't take the time to look through a few of the recent pages if you're curious enough to LOOK into the best sets available for a job.

1. I see a 95 Amano and a Pole Grip, if you're going to be a douchebag at the very least don't *** suck.

2. As far as I can see Mustela vs. Avant+1 vs. Heafoc hasn't been addressed. My personal guess (a guess, I don't have the time to double check right now, I will when I get the chance) is that Mustela are going to be your best bet until you have Phorcys Hands and Phorcys Body since you'll get the small set bonus to beat the 10 STR on Mustela.

3. Nyzul really shouldn't be that hard to put a group together for. It just may take a little bit longer to get gear now. Until you can get your hands on Phorcys your sets don't look too terrible, but I would suggest working towards a Rose Strap since you'll be using it any time you don't have some form of Regain. That's going to be most of the things you bring SAM to (that's not an invitation to start the SAM in Legion argument).

Umm you made an account just to say this? What's so wrong with Pole grip if he has the STP elsewhere and doesn't need Rose? Amano especially with AM up should be ok to use pole if he TPs in the STP+3/DA+3 back and has a hag stone... What...?

Wouldn't be using Kaiten with a 95 Amano in the first place. I guess fodder maybe, but I'd think a 90 Masa would do better with Fudo on most things that 95 Kaiten's beating Shoha.

I guess if it's something with very high eva, high enough that you actually have to use 95 amano for the acc... and you just don't have a rose strap. Granted, if that's the case you're probably not bringing a SAM anyway (again, not trying to get into the I bring SAM everywhere argument).

No you are right. Kaiten with 95Amano or lower is pretty much useless.

Fudo however isn't, which is why Masa90 > Amano95.

What I was trying to say. I guess I rustled some jimmies, I apologize. It just seems stupid to call someone out for asking a question when you don't appear to be on top of ***yourself. Maybe he is, I don't know.


Anyway, to restate my answer to Doyel:

1. Work on Nyzul gear, shouldn't be that hard.
2. Work on a Rose Strap if you don't already have one. You'll need it when you get Mala.
3. Mustela hands over other choices until you can get Phorcys hands and Phorcys body, unless you have Sekkanoki up, then AF3+2 hands.
4. If your attack isn't capped, Prosilio would do better than Bier+1 for Fudo. Would also add Ogier's legs to Fudo then use Relic+2 feet once you get them/if you already have them. Though, this part has already been said multiple times.

I've gotten a lot of ideas taking my time reading through to see what everyone whos interested and take the time to burn hours on game testing to bring back results. Why would you want to over look someone elses hard work that they didnt have to post? If you're here about sam, take the time and look through a few pages. Everything here is useful.

Basically the best you can do for uncapped attack Fudo. Ele belt/gorget and Thew Bomblet or Cheruski Needle for capped attack.

Edit: Augmented Shura Kabuto +1 as well if not receiving day bonus from Mekira +1.

could go strigoi instead of 2nd pyrosoul if you either have it or have unlimitted inventory space, otherwise, there's not much better. Might want to equip a GKT though.
