Personally I still think the Noddy Ring Fish and the Puffin Ring fish are worth fishing for. Just make sure to send your rings to yourself before starting to turn in fish. Each Noddy ring is 300k to 500k on my server, and the Puffin rings are almost a mil still. Just some friendly cash advice if you cant really haku yet.
really. will 100% line breaks or low skill lost catches or w/e else be an issue at 87?

I didnt wanna keep count because I though I would reach a soul crushing number, but it wasnt that bad. I'd estimate around 1/80ish.
Ok, so I spammed fishing all summer to get a Lu Shang and I got completely burnt out. I was gonna get back into fishing a bit and I was wondering where is a good place to start back up? I have Lu Shang's and fishing is at 45 atm. Thanks in advance for any advice.
I personally went to Nash, it's easy if you have synergy activated and go to Nash once, buy the Nash waystone and make an earring. The guide I read recommended shall shells, but they were absolutely TERRIBLE for me. At first I tried to ToAU shall shells there, but switched to shrimp lure for ToAU ahtapots/breams. At least with Nash you have an NPC to sell fish and an earring where you can port there anytime/anywhere in 30 seconds.

Leveling woodworking to 70+ is actually a pretty painless task. Didn't take me very long to do it, and only like 300k total out of my pocket to finish. Most of the stuff I made broke pretty close to even when I'd sell it at the AH.
May I ask how this is done? Is there a guide that I can follow? How long should it take?
My bank is on the way to broken as I have so far bought and turned in over 200 gugs. Need to find a cheaper alternative!

Wiki still has the best guide I've seen to date. The build of woodworking is lumber > arrow 10 Lumber > arrow 20 and so on. till about 68 then it's Petrified lumber to 72 synth support fix your lu for skill OR do another bridge synth till 74-75. I'm a BLM main so farming my own light crystals was a joke made it more viable for me to do Lu from 72.
Ebisu's is driving me insane! I'm now 0/150 on Saber Shoot/Gugs... 89 fish traded in today alone. Part of me is saying to slow down and maybe take a break from hanging with Zaldon but another part is saying "BUY MORE FISH!" since I'm so close.
That's nothing :/ common amount is 500+ lol, it took me about that many.
That's not any more reassuring! If only I could learn how to kill NPCs in Selbina...

I spent about 1mil on gugs and about 500k on Lik, on titanticus someone had posted that they spent about 2mil total which isn't too bad. However I also fished lik and must of turned in close to 400 Lik and 700 Gugs not counting my occasional questing for it over the years.
