I've never gotten that serious into a game.. I mean I get serious about playing FPS, but nothing like that.. I almost never even join a clan..

I use to be in a clan for BF2-2142 but it was more for the server/community I joined it

Having a great server + good community on it aaaaaaaaaand having slot reserved for you = awesome sauce

I can`t play BF2 since punkbuster hates window 7 and I updated the stupid thing

probably hates my PC /saface

clans are ghey, I use to join clans or teams...but meh never did like it. So now when I play a fps, I play with my friends but we all wear like a USA tag attached to our name...cuz for some reason theres a ton of europeans that play modernwarfare2 that hate the US. and they all have their flag colors or if they're from russia like [RUS21] or something like that. And my group of friends and I usually win the games we play and theres raging/yelling in lobby and we're all like...your clan is garbage and we're not even a clan, just a few friends that play together. and they're all like USA sucks, buncha noobs, (insert foul language with russian) followed by rage quitting :)

I can only fly fixed-wing craft well.. I can pilot the heli's, but I'm not like awesome at it or anything.. I can maneuver well and work my into tight spaces without blowing up (like the warehouses in BF2, to capture the flag) but when it comes to the rocket pods, I suck..

I miss the Desert Storm or w/e it was mod for BF2.. Using Howitzer's and flying the C-130 was pretty sweet..

This is on par with my excitement for Skyrim and ME3.
In fact I'll likely be upgrading my PC revolving around those three games. With that said, do you tech folks think this will suffice for performance in generally high settings?

I was runnin BF3 on high with an under clocked, dying HD4870, never had one bit of lag, even though so many others were complaining about lag.. Can't speak for ME3 or Skyrim, but that should be fine for BF3..

Yeah, I hope by the end of winter I'll be able to combine it with a 3.3GHz i5, 8 gigs of PC1600 DDR3 RAM, and a P67 North Bridge Mobo.

No idea.. The weakest link in my comp atm is my video card though.. I have 9GBDDR3 RAM and an i7.. I know people were constantly complaining of lag, but I never had any.

battlefield games are usually sponsored by nvidia/intel products...so iono... i'm running a loldualcore and 8GB DDR3ram. I think the people who are complaining of lag are the ones who are streaming porn and have a crappy internet connection

Just tried out Project Reality and I dun like it <_<..

I'm bored so I'll be playing BF2 for awhile (no mod, think 1.5) if anyone wants to play.. Going to Infantry only though, Don't feel like setting up my flight stick.

Okay, never mind.. I just can't do it.. Game is too primitive I guess.. The lack of realism makes me unable to even get into it anymore..
