Battlefield 3

I love the scar-h to death... I use foregrip, supressor, and plain rds scope. Even at far rang with bullet drop, I've adjusted to it. Switching to single fire and tapping the fire... I can nail someone from very very very far away.. it takes a good number of shots though to kill..

I do want that sg553 though too... I noticed the scar-h damage is slightly higher than the g36c and sg553.. but that 21 round clip is frustrating to me. I think the sg553 is close but I need to study it some more.

I've found that I can't stand not playing engineer.. I keep going back to it.. nearing service star 4 and about 44 hours game play on that class alone... 79 hoursish total... I NEED my RPG and m15 mines ;( even on tdm bi vehicles... Building destruction is so epic... I collapsed an entire building on 3 people once.

I'm really exited for the karkland expansion.

He was gloating about it on the official forums a week ago and had pics uploaded to imageshack. Don't remember the name of the thread though.

Sadly not true.. at least in my case.. played sqdm last night.. killed and wiped a 2 person squad enough to make any man angry.. no ribbon. One guide states it has to be 4 people you wipe... The ribbon icon also shows 4 skulls on it furthering that theory.

That ribbon is going to suck to get -_-

You mean you get the ribbon often? Or did you mean you squad wipe often but not often enough for the ribbon? Little confused there.

What game mode do you play that allows you to do that often? I assumed Squad Deathmatch... which is why ive been playing that but i might switch it over for Rush or Squad Rush and try to nail those 2/3 ribbons im missing.

I've gotten 2-4 of those ribbons on conquest, prolly recon.

I started off strong, but i've only got about 79 hours right now cause of college and minor distractions. I plan to pick it up a good bit this weekend though, don't have anything in the world to do and i'd like to work on some more medal progression.

Ribbons will eventually be finished but medals.... man some of those make me sick just thinking about it.

Have any of you ever played with the little stationary weapons all over Caspian Border? The black rocket launcher looking things (the name escapes me at the moment)?. Try getting 2 kills with those things... unless you get a lucky hit on a jeep carrying 2+ people... good... freaking... luck.

I got lucky on mine finally... i hit a JET... that was low flying and disabled it... which caused him to spin and hit the ground which caused the kill to still be in my favor... i laughed for about 5 minutes over it... it was hilarious. The 2nd kill didn't come until the game almost ended... someone got RIGHT up on the flag and went prone... my first shot missed him... but he didnt move for whatever reason and the 2nd shot hit him and earned me the ribbon.....

stationary weapon ribbon... ***.. you... lool... how the HELL are you supposed to do that 30-50 times for the Stationary Medal.... argh...

It actually works... i almost expected a scam.. i forget how i even came across this... but it was really nice to unlock all those extra dogtags AND the new camos. I already had Physical Warfare Pack from Gamestop so it looks like i have all the preorder bonuses now minus the origin one which is stupid anyways.

These things are selling on ebay constantly for 15-20$+ especially the Spectact camo sets... i ALMOST thought about it but chose to wait... i'm glad i did... then i found this... $6 is an amazing deal if you ask me!

FINALLY got the damn squad wipe ribbon in a moment of pure... pure pure luck....

Planted the bomb at B in Squad Rush Operation Metro... managed to kill all 4 squad members... not once... but twice as they tried to come disarm the bomb i placed....

Still no luck on the M-Comm defender and M-comm attacker ribbons, but those are my only two left :D

I can't count the number of times i went 3/4 M-Comm defends all in vain for the match to end too soon... I think i may be able to pull off the defender by doing Squad Rush... but Attacker im going to have to play normal rush until my eyeballs fall out to get the attacker one....

3-Mcomm destroys in 1 game? Ugh....

3 destroys should be a breeze, plant bomb and lay C4 should do the trick

The AK-74M is quickly becoming my favorite gun.

Every single time... 3/4 on m-comm defenders... they catch on and start blowing up the C4 then planting 2 seconds after they blow it up.... blah. Already had that strat suggested though thanks.

I think I've been lucky with my matches, none of the enemy team seem to notice the C4. have you tried disguising the C4 under an ammo box...?

What i had to do was find a match of rush... roughly half full so the game goes super slow... it took me forever within the round but i managed on the 2nd slow game..

Now to slowly progress medals and unlock attachments for mass guns... Engineer is beyond maxed out... about to hit service star 5 on it and got the 50 hours on engineer medal.

Man i worked my balls off today on those final 3 lol... so annoying.

Done Kharg Island in the A-10 thunderbolt and stayed alive for the whole battle w/o dying nor losing my Jet ^^ People don't put up a challenge in Hardcore XD!! I been owning alot of people as a Pilot. Chopper/Jet been dominating on the X360 version.

Got a 25 Kill Streak as well =) If you want a quick boost on one of your classes. Go Kharg Island as defenders and sneak around the enemy and get to their Aircraft Carrier when possible. Take their anti-air turret and camp in it. I believe it's invincible so just spawn kill all the players who get in the Jets/Choppers. You get 250 points per kill.

Yeah, that's just a low move.. Even when I'm in a jet and happen to see someone just taking off, I don't touch them, I give them at least 30 seconds (which means a lot in a plane, they can get behind me and take me out in that time) before I start in on them. The only exception would be on Firestorm conquest, I jump in the jet, climb to 400 or so feet and go straight for the farthest flag and start picking on the choppers, but that map is small, and they're free to bail out at any time, the map isn't exactly large.

Seriously though, stay the *** out of the uncap bases.

So I've been playing hardcore conquest lately and I like it more than regular conquest, but I wish it didn't have friendly fire. :/ It's ridiculous how often idiots teamkill you.
Went to knife a guy and got destroyed by my teammate just so he could get the kill. Been run over by people when I'm trying to repair them on engineer, etc, etc. I could go on, but I'll stop QQ'ing. :D

I give them a chance to take off. So please don't accuse me of that >.> I'm serious alot of people don't know how to properly fly the jets. I'm always winning unless I getting spammed with Stingers. But I use a trick to allow the Jet to circle faster then other players. (quicker then slowing down).

Also I play rush not conquest.

Stupid stupid stupid team,

On Metro Conquest 64. RU was farming us. I managed to crawl up the tracks and got behind a large group of them..

Killed 13 of them in 30 seconds then I ran out of ammo. pistol in hand I made my last defense.. does US move up to take advantage of there only being 2 RU players left in this spot? No. They sit back firing off RPGs and not killing ***.

Then I got overrun and all the RU players respawned on their team there and pushed us back into our spawn.

The Tungska is ridicolous in Canal. Your basicly unstoppable with that thing if you got good eye sight and hearing.
