You are not far, they are both from FF6 & FF5 but its "Tina/Terra Bradford as 65(FF6)" & "Lenna as 43(FF5)", Tina/Terra was the same person but with different names, according on how the game was translated, i got FF6 back not long ago on 2 different emulator, 1st the girl was called Terra & the second she was called Tina.
But yeah its confusing, in Both FF5 & 6 Squaresoft made 2 girls with the same look, FF5>> "Lenna & Cara" & FF6>> "Tina/Terra & Celes" So its hard to make a difference betwin them :/

Edit: & yes, the 85 is Atomos, happeared in FF9, was using the "Quart" attack, which was based on the max HP of an enemy & was removing 1/4 or 1/2 of its base HP, like Nosferatu (FF8).
I just sat here with my fiance and guessed all the FF characters, that was fun. xD

Ah yes, I can see the picture of the "red mage" is similar aswell, as where the FF9 pictures are more detailed.

#98 is Kefka, the most evil and badass villain of all time. Seriously, play FF6 and you'll see that he makes all other bad guys look like pussies.
I've played FF6 on emulator, but I admit I never really bothered to finish it. Favorite badguy of all time is (sephiroth! I'm such a ***..) probably Kuja. for some reason I rather liked him. Or Seymore..
