Their weekend "support" sucks, it always has, it's just now that something has happened on a weekend we really got to see it shine.

Maybe i'll jump on the support chat and see if they can manually reactivate my account, I don't mind waiting though as they should be able to fix the issue by today.

7:46AM here :/ early but I still hope they fix this quickish.

I'm sure whatever it is it's probably a simple code fix, or a code workaround.

Their system seeme like it's "Hiccuped" and it's confused now.

I'm pretty confident in saying that's what the system is doing, which is causing all these errors, it's either a misdirect, or our accounts have some sort of "flag" on them that doesn't allow it past that point.

Well was worth a try, I dunno why mine just decided to work but i'm kinda happy.

I just got in as well, was having the UCS-5024 error. Now all seems like nothing even happened, didn't even have to re-input my payment info or anything.

Same happened to me (I only had to update payment info cause my old card was expired)

I hope they at least let us know why it happened and how they fixed it.

Maybe give us an apology.

It must have auto activated everything that was deactivated.


I had to update payment info only cause my old card was expired :/

I think that's partly why I got locked out in the first place was because I had forgot to change it (not thinking lol) and when it rolled around and tried to take the 10 bucks for the xpack that I got it went "UH NO" and locked me out... now why it completely locked me out... I dunno :/

Yeah, at this point just gotta be patient, it seems they are going in chunks or something in reactivating.
