Just DC'd from the game. Tried logging back in and it said that I have no content id. This miffed me even moreso. I attempted to reactivate the content ID and it wouldn't let me. I think it has something to do with payment and whatnot, but I thought this month was free anyways, so what gives?
Resetting your computer usually solves it. It's happened to people I've known before, and once I d/c'd and then it said my password didn't work. Waited 15 minutes and then it worked ._.

I am having the same issue, weird thing is I dc'd and logged in and I was able to log into a mule which I had deactivated but not onto my active character. That got dc'd shortly after and now it says I have no ID and I can't view or review IDs.
might just be a small bug.Just go reactivate your content ID's.Shouldn't cost you anything.

Same thing happened to me, the billing server is down for maintenance. I'm paying for mine and my friends but on his it says that there are past due fees...

Doesn't fix it, and if everyone having this problem is in the same boat as me we can't reactivate our IDs because of the maintenance.
Starting to wonder if it's a US thing, every1 posting about similar problems are all from US.Though, it should affect me too since i'm the neibors.

My guess would be they are trying to accommodate for the free month as promised and something got screwed up. I'm still unsure why I got DC'd and it temporarily activated the ID for one of my mules that I had inactive before turning them all off.

its weird because i have the money on my debit card {Just checked}. Logging with my second char, no problems so far. I got billed the $10 from the expansion i bought 2 days ago only. But my main was deactivated
Was able to log right in with out an issue. But then again I haven't been on the game in a few days.

Besides isn't there an associated POL-code 'error' message displayed for insufficient funds or a bad CC?
Two of my mules are on the same CC. One got DCd and now has no Content IDs, and the other is fine. Doubt it is a problem with debit/cc. Seems to be SE *** ***up again... /suprise. I swear if their life depended on making toast, they'd be ***.
If they double bill me in may for this one i'll have to reactivate i'm gonna be super pissed.

Friend of mine got locked out, not sure if he had sufficient funds though. Just posting for him since he doesn't really view forums or anything.

Ah I see, it's pretty odd and seems to be affecting people at random. Sucks that I will have timed out of Abyssea, was doing Frozen Flame Redux and was on a hot streak with hand seals. I guess when I get back on I'll level a sub for a while or something :/

At what point do you get this error message?
it sounds similar to how it went for me..i dc'd ended up at title screen tried to select character and said i had no content id.

I just realized mine would make sense as I got a new debit card this month and they do have the old card info on there that's been deactivated since a couple days ago, so I'm assuming that's my problem.

The Different between me and my second char are:
1. One bought something and got charged (Mule)
2. One has a Square-Enix ID
So lets see. All those who got their accounts/content ID deactivated, do they have a Square-Enix ID (Security Token)?

That's not good.
This probably means SE goofed on letting April pass for free and let the charge go through, but canceled the charge on their own terms with your card holder/bank. So you still get that error from being falsely billed rather than not being billed at all ;/

Strange that my second char, who has the same CC info didnt got deactivated. This is a serious screw up on their side.
again, I thought SE insisted that April was free and there won't be any charges aside from expansions?
