POL?

No Change for 6 months in my POL. This is a SERVER BUG Issue. It didn't go through with everybody, just a few dozen people. Can't you see the anomalies? A lot of people have not changed a thing. Some got completely deactivated, some got their content IDs canceled.

I had to change my CC info once in October of 2010 because the card had expired - same card, same number, same everything, just renewed to expire in 2013. This is the first time I have ever seen this kind of error message. I have been paying every month that I have had my account active since I started playing I don't know how many years ago, and I am not opening up an account at some local bank that probably won't give me overdraft protection exclusively to pay my FFXI monthly fees. Why Chase and Bank of America are not "approved" banks is beyond all comprehension.

Take my money, SE. It's just as green as everyone else's.

If that was the case, i shouldn't be able to play..... or in other words the husband should be able to. Our accounts have been working just fine since Feb. 2008. We changed the card in Jan. and it was still working just fine. which would mean... it should still be on. We aren't getting the payment code for his. all it says is there is no content ID

This happened to me last night. I tried again today when the maintenance was over, it gave me the (LM-08) message saying I had unpaid fees and the option to reactivate my account, after putting in my ID and password it says the process is invalid and forces me to abort it. IDK wtf is going on but it's kinda annoying ><

I tried to reactivate my account today after a 9 month break. I can't even get past POL becayse of an "Incorrect POL ID or password" when I know that they are correct. I can't even get to the FF servers to update payment options.

my husbands account works fine mine and my brother in laws don't work at all and they are all on same CC account @,@ and this was the day my mom was taking my daughter to do things... I'm bored now >.>

It's obviously a server issue, they tried to charge me but it didn't work, so, my account is still accessible, just not able to reactivate ID, doubt anything is wrong with my CC--

IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY JUST HAVEN'T EVER TRIED TO GIVE THEIR PLAYERS A FREE MONTH W/OUT IT BEING A FIRST TRIAL MONTH SITUATION.

oh and to clarify what I mean, I'm assuming that since they've never done this before, then they're messing up b/c of the fact that they've never tried giving old/newer players a free month, and so it seems like most were still charged and the server's all wonky.

I still can't get in. Hubby was able to log on once he paid his April fee but he doesn't have a content ID now. This is very annoying and becoming quite bothersome.

Idk Val, all I know is both my house accounts still work and I wasn't charged for either one...

We'll find out Monday what happened.

I thought Abri was having the same USC-5024 error? I'm with Chase and haven't had any problems until now, but I know for a fact that SE enacted some nonsensical "Payer Authentication" thing years ago.

"3-D-Secure," for which a Chase Mastercard was not eligible for some inexplicable reason. I remember looking through the list of approved banks, and most, if not all, of them were regional/local. I even considered opening a BoA account, but BoA wasn't approved either.

And yet, I have been paying punctually with a Chase credit card since July 2009...

Most people here have 1 or the other but none the same 3. On Shadow i bought Heroes 3~ days ago and was charged ONLY that ($9.99). On Ama I haven't done anything at all. So really cant find the one common factor. ;-;

The common factor is nothing - meaning people who have done nothing at all but pay and play are getting screwed.

There has proven to be no common factor, it is not user based. It's server side, so people stop trying to figure our what you or people here did wrong. SE Fu<ked up.

Or maybe because of the mid-March server maintenance when they were moving server locations, they screwed everyone whose payment information was grandfathered into the system, but not compliant with this stupid Verified Visa(r)/Mastercard(r) bs.

SE needs to have an emergency maint, like, right the *** now and fix this ***. If there're what, 20-40 people on here that're having this problem, then you can multiply that by at least 10
