First day back to working the entire day at office, the next day im feeling kinda sick... seems like a cold after spending the entire day under a strong AC.
But i guess its not only because the change of enviroment that knocked down my resistance but also the stress. Im currently in a very busy stage, things arent going that well. Its normal, phases come and go. I just need to take easy more when those bad phases come.
