Today has been the worst eye peeling since last year
got my four job fiesta win for year. Always fun to have an excuse to play through FFV :)
You might like this dish hugs. Since I married a Mexican, and there was zero Hispanic population where I lived at the North Pole 30+ years, we try to make some authentic foods each weekend.
Today called ceviche and you dice up the veggies, cut up shrimpies and then mix it all in lemon juice and throw it in the fridge. The juice chemically cooks the shrimp so you never need heat and then it’s cooked in a few hours. Was very tasty. If you leave it in there too long you end up with a pickled shrimp kinda thing.
