The pounds are probably from the last year of highschool schooltrip, we went to London and I probably put that bill aside for memory.
The dollars are from an old aunt that lives in NY.

You know what trapped your supposed to roll left or right and angle the bar up in the air by lowering said left or right sides plates to he ground....right...

Edit: Assuming you're using clamps like you should be.
