srsly I am dying to get the hell out of Silver myself. :/ Each time I get close to Silver IV Promo games... it's like this:

So I'm about to hit 20 and saved up ~10k IP; what kind of runes am I looking at getting for champions like Zed and Jarvan IV (they're like all I've been playing lately)?
I'm thinking AD quints, AD marks, armor seals, and magic resist glyphs?

Do yourself a favor and get 9 magic resist/level and 9 flat armor seals. You'll probably want 9 flat attack marks as well or armor pen. I have both.

I couldn't tell if they were intentionally feeding by the end, but seriously... we were winning up until the 20 minute mark when the Akali decided that they'd push bot lane and get gangraped. My 'assists' were nine of her ten kills. Built tanky because usually people don't play Akali like ***, so I couldn't just completely carry. Was 13/2 up until the end when I started trying to initiate and people just wouldn't do anything but sit there and let me die. Then we surrendered.

You should stop blaming others and think about how you could have done more to win that game.

It'd a tough call. Generally, melee need to build sort of tanky, otherwise they just get melted before they get into range. Jarvan has his gap closer(s) though.

I just saw this 20min ago, it made my boxers very tight. I just hope they could rework him a bit to make him more viable, though.
This and the Pool Party skins are instabuy. If I'm lucky I might get some codes for Riot Blitzcrank as my housemate is at gamescom right now, I'll see if I can share some (and other skins if they are giving others, his booth is in front of Riot's so he'll spend most of his time with them).
I'm having luck lately playing around this level, I'll try to finish my EU account soon (missing a few Marks, around 12 I think) and if you want we can do some normals warm up then see for ranked.

I literally seem to be getting nothing but flamers these days on my team. last 5-6 games within 30s atleast 1 person has been raging out in caps in all chat, or afking when we lose FB.

Well, yesterday I had very toxic people and I get insulted every single match because I'm Bronze and the people I play with are Silver/Gold so if anything doesn't work, it's my fault. But keeping quiet, doing my part of the job and either getting carried or carrying makes things go smooth in the end.
Just keep going, I had the same ***you got not very long ago, lost 2 divisions but then I just went back to not caring about idiots and try to carry stuff. Been playing ADC a lot, it's very effective.

Riven didn't get a buff per say. They adjusted the physics and it unintentionally modified her kit. They just liked the idea and left it in place.

I don't know exactly, but a lot of accounts after the password changed have been compromised, including Jingle's(that's not him online atm).
Also, a lot of people seem to be getting sent to EU servers, I guess for the lols, but not sure how fraud is in play...yet.
