Nope i'm on EU server. Guessing there probably arent that many people on here from there.
Most are NA. Make an NA account and check your ping. If it's above 200, it'll make it difficult. Senk can testify to it more than myself. If it's like 50~150, you'll do just fine. That is, if you want to.
Up to 190 is "ok", you'll feel a slight difference with skills like Darius' Ultimate, the spell Flash and last hitting (compared to a classic 20/30 ping on EUW) but nothing that you can't anticipate.
Beyond 190/200, you start to really feel it and it's literally "please guys, win for me" tier.

Sometimes I almost want to lose so the shmucks I'm carrying don't gain ELO.
Had a GP in first game, builds manamune. Feeds. Had him in next game. He plays Teemo. Feeds. Carry him though. Ugh. Windows7777. Stay away from him, he sucks.

200 ping is playable, but some champs just don't work very well. TF for example -- I had problems getting the proper card at something like 220 ping.

Like, if I ult with Darius and the guy has killed me mid animation, he won't die where he would have died with a ping of 30.

If Curse doesn't make it to season 3 I will be surprised, but in all honestly Curse should be 2-0ing every team

I've always heard pros complain about cassio, surprised she's listed as t2 and 3

I'm based in UK too, so if you want to play/switch to EUW, I have an account there, too.
I don't understand how Irelia is top tier in solo. Maybe it's just how I played her but I feel like she gets totally shredded in S3.
I never did too bad with Irelia. I think though that you have to get used to her a lot, and the first like... 10 levels are awful for her. After that she tears things apart. Just hope you don't get counterpicked o~o

Oh no, I facerolled with Irelia in S2. Once I got my CS, there was no stopping me. She's a low HP, high armor champ though, who excels in durability. Her Hiten allows her to sustain in lane but in team fights she's not about sustain. With Blackcleaver being a staple for top, and Armor Pen. being more available, she's much more easily cut down.
S3 Irelia isn't really that strong
She was really strong S2 but right now she just doesn't do as well due to itemization nerfs

They should un-nerf Irelia :D She might fit better with all the OP champs now.
