Hurricane is worthless on Vayne, it resets her silver bolts with every attack so it will never go off.

Check out the new art for Brand, LeBlanc, Mordekaiser, and Master Yi! These are really pretty good! Brand's is my favorite.

Just tried out Vayne on PBE against bots with hurricane, blade of the ruined king, bloodthirster, zephyr, phantom dancer, and b.greaves (furor)... 7 penta kills that game.
So my opinion is that Runaan's Hurricane is a pretty damn nice item for super-late game, when pushing power is imporant, and teamfights are usually clusterfucks. Sure it's much better on some champions than others, but not necessarily bad for any. Now I'll have to give it a shot while using a typical AD/Crit build.

From what I've gathered, it's not that the bolts reset, it's that they don't apply to all targets. So Vayne's passive doesn't proc on everyone hit, only the primary target. I could be wrong though.
