No junglers need blue buff over AP mid. If they say they do, they should be shot.
If you have 3 people coming out of a bush at you and your team isn't around, you need to *** ward your lane.
And if you're playing a burst champ and not maxing damage potential, you shouldn't be playing a burst champ.

The only time i generally don't give my mid blue is if they say they don't want it or if they're feeding the enemy mid I'll take it over the mid

I can't see any of those junglers requiring blue after the first, unless mid is feeding or doesn't want it.

This happened to me too, I observe her for a while and then try to predict her movement. On the bright side if she uses Shunpo to evade your attacks, you pretty much have free farm for 15 sec. until it's up again. I usually just play passive against Kat and counter when she attacks, it's much easier.

If nothing else, you'll beat her hard in teamfights, you can shield a lot of her ult damage to you and teammates and just blast her to hell when she's stationary.

I second this post. Also lower cooldowns allow you to abuse your passive/lich bane a little more, since you're not going to "1-shot" anyone but an AD Carry who has no HP/MR items.
