Oddly enough, I kind of like the changes with Soraka. I liked how she used to play, but this does give me a bit more freedom to do more than babysit someone. I like the increase of duration at level 1 infuse. I just wish that with all those nerfs they would have given her more than +20 HP per level...
Maybe... give her a better/more active passive.. some armor buffs..

Is this game easy to pick up and learn? I've noticed alot of people playing this now and it's piqued my interest, I've almost installed it like several times but I always find something else to do lol.

Also this. I don't care for Gothic but I would buy Sewn Chaos if it was on sale. But I looked through the champs and the latest one (besides Vayne who just got #3) to have 3 skins was Nocturne :x I don't have much hope we'll see a new Orianna soon.

It's not too bad starting out. It takes a little getting used to with the acronyms and commonly used tactics. But also, if you're someone who can't stand idiots/a really really horrible set of teammates without raging or flipping out then I'd stay away.
Otherwise it can be enjoyable and fun. I'm glad that the game itself a "pay to win" model like most free games are.
Edit: Oops, I meant to say it isn't a pay to win model..
Also, http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/Installer/NA_Installer/LeagueofLegends.exe doesn't work for you?
