It was actually nerfed because he was able to gank from anywhere easily shutting down every lane.
AD TF is terrible and what you mentionned makes no sense because he can still do what you said easily. (AP TF proc'ing lich bane probably kill turrets faster too lol)
He can still gank any lane and shut it down as a mid... his ult still has a decent amount of range for that. Also you realize AD TF was what was used and popular before AP TF... there's a reason why they call Q BR cards... cause only BR's played AP TF for a long while. Even the Pro's played AD TF mid to counter a lot of AP players. Also in general that's common sense.. so there was no reason to bring that up... about the shutting down other lanes with his ult

Xin is a little op atm if you ask me lol, I'd get him.
Are there any particular roles that you guys just don't fit in? I can't find myself in the ranged AD roll. It just doesn't work for me. I'm a really good bruiser, a good jungler, strong mid, and I'm a good Alistar support, but for the life of me, ranged AD doesn't make sense.
Also, can someone break down this tower rushing strategy to me? Just cliff-notes. I'm curious.

Unless I'm support Shen, GP or Singed
I'm okay in Jungle and I do alright in mid.
My favorite though is top lane, that's my little world.

Mid is the only thing I really like to play all the time I think.

the point is to rush a lane of towers down super fast to where the enemy can't react fast enough to counter it. the ultimate goal is to kill an inhibitor super early to where it takes them forever to kill a single super minion. while thats going on. they'll have an obvious hole in their base that needs to be defended.
while the enemy team is defending their lane. the rest of the team is free to kill other lane towers without much problem.

I'm not a jungler, at all really.
I prefer to Support, my favorite role to play.
I also like solo-top, Cho being my favorite, because I like to eat turtles.
Also I can mid pretty well with any AP in my arsenal, and ranged AD bottom if need be.

I won Ashe, Varus, Miss Fortune, Vayne, Twisted Fate.
