Ok, I just spoke to someone in 'customer service'. I explained the situation and it was caused by interleaving on my account (thank goodness she didn't ask me any questions because I didn't have a clue about it really). I was put on hold for a few minutes then she came back and said she had sent a message off to fix this and it would be ok within a couple of days, so here's hoping! It may be a case of everyone having to contact them to get it turned off if this is the problem though.
so if they know they've put interleaving on people accounts why dont they jsut remove it all!?
plus.. they're CLEARLY lying..
"In computer science and telecommunication, interleaving is a way to arrange data in a non-contiguous way to increase performance."
how has this increased our performance???
