Its CLEARLY talktalks fault and we just want them to get back to us and accept responsibility.
Its like this with all call centres, not just ISPs.
You pretty much have to keep ringing until you find a nice person who will sit down, listen & help you out.
Most don't wanna help, they just want to waste their time on the net and talking to colleagues, so they fob you off to someone else to carry on with their life in a less boring fashion.
