So i changed my cc and now i perma banned. Started friday with lm-17 talked to support said i had to wait until monday so after 5 hours on the phone friday below is what i got from se

Some spacing would've been easier on the eyes, but it's a legit post.

I had to go through all of this just to cancel my account. Over the phone at that.
My cell phone almost died waiting for them to pick up. Was fully charged when I started. c.c

One little credit card tweak and they freak out with the banhammer.

Leaving the phone on the charger kills the battery you know :P
unless you had a 6 hour phone call or the new Evo or something.

On topic: What I don't understand is that they have a department that handles the bans, but you have to send them snailmail to make any waves?
You have to deal with Bureaucracy with both SE and the US postal dept?(us residents)
I call this BS, I work in a call center and I bet that dude could have done something else other than gave you an address :/

OP might be Yojimbo. That looks drawn off a real person like Yojimbo than a game character from soul caliber.

Also, lol@SE Support. I had my account locked cause of the token ***when I took it off, spent hours talking to this guy online chat SE Support called Corey, dude was a dickass. Finally after getting "Corey" like 5 *** times and him being not helpful, I got one that fixed all my ***in 10mins.

Thing is, they can do plenty of ***, they just don't want to. 90% of the ppl they hire for support are lazy *** that just tell you to *** off rather than fix your ***.

GL with the unbanning, if they did that ***to me I wouldn't bother trying to come back. I expect the same ***service in 14 tbh.

IDK man, I have never had issues with POL/SE support, they have always helped me. A couple months ago when I couldnt get my new credit card info logged in to the system, the manually did it for me over the phone... I guess its all on who you talk to though, you might want to call them back and try to talk to someone else, that might be more willing to help you.

I cant see a breach in account information, (on SE's part) banning people for no reason, this all seems a bit far fetched to me!..... so that would be my advice, talk to someone else there, and keep calling until you can talk to someone who know's what is going on and can help!

Only issue I've had so far (knock on wood) was a double charge to my debit card every once in a blue moon. I once tried correcting it through them rather than my bank in fear that they'll probably LM-17 my *** if they saw I voided the charge and took my money back. But all I really got was the run around and jumping through hoops on the phone for hours that got me absolutely nowhere and -$16 more than I should have lost.

At that point I just said *** it and let it slide... $16 wasn't worth the time or effort, but I hope you fight tooth and claw to get your account back since it was unjustly banned. I know I would.
