Someone once told me that completing a relic in FFXIV felt like more of an accomplishment than anything they'd ever done in FFXI. That person obviously never helped a dear friend complete a mythic weapon. Congratulations, Kathee. I know of no one more deserving. Thank you for letting me be a part of this journey.Someone once told me that completing a relic in FFXIV felt like more of an accomplishment than anything they'd ever done in FFXI. Cleared Eald'narche (N) solo on PLD/WHM without Trust NPC's. I was waiting for Vagary to start and needed something to do. Got bored, and thought I'd try for the Stun-SCH body. The actual fight itself is just long, but not necessarily hard. Considering he died within three seconds of timeout, I'm hesitant to call this an accomplishment at all. Anyway, the key is to shield swap for nukes and to TP fast enough to WS at least once per nuke in the final phase before you shield swap again. Also, despite the appearance, all of his TP moves in the final phase are physical, and their effects are negated by blocking. So Ochain means no petrification, terror, slow, or silence.Cleared Eald'narche (N) solo on PLD/WHM without Trust NPC's. I was waiting for Vagary to start and needed something to do. Work in progress. The sky and water still need to be touched, they aren't texture files so they require hex editing to change. Since the zone lacks any weather or celestial bodies, the sky will have to be a constant image, I'm thinking something like a Milky Way effect. Also, I'll be doing Zi'Tah once this is done.Work in progress. The sky and water still need to be touched, they aren't texture files so they require hex editing to change. I know on a large scale, obtaining a mythic doesn't carry the same weight that it once did. However, this is my first mythic and a goal I had set for some time. Also, I know BRD isn't in vogue as much as it used to be, however, it's a job that I love and I'm happy to have finally completed REM for it! Thank you to everyone who helped with Alexandrite, assualts, etc.I know on a large scale, obtaining a mythic doesn't carry the same weight that it once did. Thanks to my Team Criticality for their continuous support of my SAM and the spirit behind the job. It seems the solution to SAM's issues lies in this very blade.. Thank you brothers for your inspiration. As well as my brothers from the past that have watched me reach my pinnacle. Hope to inspire other SAMs to rise up once again with confidence.. Decided to try soloing Golden Kist on COR, used Dancer+ Runiest on trusts, Runiest + wizard on self. Used QD to proc white during Manafont to remove the zombie aura. Had to DoT zombie once per fight. With a strong status resist set stun poison is resisted most of the time.Decided to try soloing Golden Kist on COR, used Dancer+ Runiest on trusts, Runiest + wizard on self. Too many blades to handle all at once. There is no other choice but to dual wield.. ^_*)y Thanks to Criticality for your hard work. Couldn't get to where I am without you all. Was fun and look forward for more. [This amazing work is by the Legend Severna Himself! I appreciate his honorary/brotherly tribute to my SAM.
