Kind of useless for NIN nukes actually. Samnuha Coat with zero augments is already better, given its Magic Burst Bonus II, which exceeds the cap. I can never seem to get burst dmg+ on herc legs, which is the piece you really need to shoot for, if looking for a NIN nuke piece.
