Not that im an active player but i dont get it, option 1 seems to have little difference between the other pics of seen of job mastery.

think its kind of cool that they added this, its a throw back to FFT and FF5.

suggestion: a reflective highlight, in art it is called

"Specular highlights" like you'd see on chrome or gold. Color scheme like that of the shield that won the contest. (Beatific shield).

it would be easier to make in a 3D program with lighting... just make a star shape, extrude it, and bevel it, then mess with light sources till it has a bunch of Glint to it.
