	So many questions. Does it function like Throat Stab where it drops the target down to 5% of their HP? Does it just do ALOT of damage? Activation rate? Even 1% is more than enough with damage like that. 2015-09-16 22:34:47

	it has to do with the Last WS dmg you did it will double the dmg thqt said ive noticed alot lesser process if any on higher tierd mobs like NM or Apex. escha mobs ive seen it process alot 2015-09-30 15:01:18

	I got one of these tonight and I would be shocked if it was more than 5%. 1-3 more likely. And so far I do know it didn't finish off the enemy any time that is proc'd. There were always a bit left, hard to say how much. 2015-09-16 22:40:01
