@Heimdel - The gifts that you get for putting your job points into a certain job such as "Capacity Points Bonus."
It's not an actual item gift, but a gift you get via the job point menu.

A party can kill way more than 10 gates mobs in the same time, so it's a nice peen shot, but not a practical way to farm CP.
