that's an odd looking harp. I don't see any way to change the strings to be sharp or flat either.. is it on the other side?

I'm fairly certain it's a pedal harp (you change keys (sharps and flats)) by using the pedals located on the bottom. These are much more useful in an orchestral setting because it's much faster than flipping twenty levers.
