Umm, yeah. the base Dmg and high delay totally wipes the occ atk 2-4 times, imo. @ 99 with capped triple att, and alot better weapons, can do alot more.

I have one I use for dnc. I love it. The 2-4 procs a LOT. It's great for soloing and those times you need ws procs. I'm almost never out of TP with this thing.
