Based on UK time servers will go down at 3pm, roughly the time kids get off school and 2hrs before people finish work.

Servers come back up at 2:30am when most people will either be in bed or going to bed soon.

So who's prime time is it affecting again?

Anyway who cares, one day lost to maintenance, i'll go shed a tear {Over there}.
