Its completely random based on the mob, Though there is a promising Running theory about the Current Vana'day, but i don't know enough to get into it.

Either way, there are some basics.

You seem to know that "Yellow !!" causes the seal drops, and that you need magic to proc it.

However, it can be cause by almost any form of magic on the target, uncluding, Blue Magic (magical), Threnodies, Dark Magic, Divine Magic, Elemental Magic, certain Debuffs including Dispel, Ninjutsu/etc.

You just got really unlucky =(

Have you figured out how to trigger his !!

I have tried almost everything, i cycled through my entire spell list 3 times on blm, brought a pld for flash, tried bio III, slow/para II, even came /nin and did all the ninjitsu wheel.

He rarely drops anything, out of 10 kills i have 2 seals....

The !! proc on this mob is so random a rainbow warrior looks like he's dressed in... meh forget it. We tried everything, the highest !! proc I saw was from doing non-elemental ws's occasionally coupled with feint.
